Molex is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director of Optical Transceiver Development to lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of next-generation optical transceivers. This role is critical in driving innovation and maintaining a competitive edge in high-speed optical communications. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and a successful track record of managing complex development programs from concept through mass production. Some travel is expected in this role. What You Will Do
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
For this role, we anticipate paying $200,000- $278,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
