Job Description

Performs diversified clerical duties including but not limited to typing, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, etc.

Job Responsibility




  • * Performs diversified clerical duties which may include but are not limited to:

    • Typing various correspondence, reports, articles, etc.
    • Scheduling appointments, meetings, etc.
    • Maintaining files.
    • Takes minutes at meetings.
    • Miscellaneous duties related to department.
    • Receptionist duties.
    • Record keeping.
    • Patient filing, collecting payments.
    • Preparation of statistical data.
    • Keeping inventory and ordering supplies.

  • Performs related duties, as required.

Job Qualification




  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year prior clerical experience, required.
  • Typing 55 wpm, required.
  • Working knowledge of PC applications, required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, required.
