Genesis10 is seeking 3 Hypercare Support Consultants for a 3+ month contract assignment. This position will work onsite and require travel to Aurora, CO, and Pembroke NC. Can work from any location and travel to Aurora, CO, and Pembroke, NC.

Compensation: $60.00 - 70.00 per hour, W2, depending on skill and experience level.

Position Summary

This is a unique opportunity for a resource with manufacturing production supervisor experience to assist a client with their ERP implementation with MS Dynamics 365.

This resource will need to have experience with manufacturing systems and plant floor experience, have technical aptitude specifically with other manufacturing systems if they do not have Dynamics 365, and understand production flow. This resource will be arm in arm with the users as they go live with their new ERP environment which will also be incorporating scanning into their environment. Resource will be part of a team that will troubleshoot issues as they go live and will be spend two weeks in a hypercare mode for one of their facilities in either Pembroke, NC or Aurora, CO.

Consultants will work during one of their shifts that are based on a 24-hour schedule.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Advanced Troubleshooting:

    • Diagnose and resolve software issues for end-users.
    • Provide support for end users who will be new to using scanners.
    • Manage and resolve issues that come up from end users in the plant ensuring timely and effective solutions.


  • User Support:

    • Assist users in person, over the phone, and via remote support tools with MS Teams with technical issues and inquiries.
    • Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.


  • Travel and On-Site Support:

    • Travel to various company locations to provide on-site support as required. The two locations to go live with MS Dynamics 365 are Pembroke, NC or Aurora, CO.
    • Collaborate with local IT teams to address specific site needs and challenges.


  • Off-Hours Support:

    • Provide off-hours support on a rotating schedule to ensure 24/7 availability of IT services.
    • Respond promptly to urgent issues and outages during off-hours, minimizing downtime.


  • Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of support activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system.
    • Create user guides and technical documentation to assist end-users and IT staff.


  • Collaboration and Training:

    • Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and support of IT services.
    • Provide training and mentorship to the end users, enhancing their skills and knowledge.


  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to improve any support processes and procedures






Qualifications:


  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
    • Would also be a plus if the consultant can speak Spanish


  • Other Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Understanding of the manufacturing floor and how to execute, and understand production flow
    • Production supervision background who has experience with MS Dynamics 365 from an end user perspective
    • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Technical aptitude
