Job Description/Preferred Qualifications We are seeking an IT Business Operations Specialist who will be a key member of the KLA Global IT Financials team, responsible for IT contracts management, licenses, and other purchases. This role requires close communication with the CIO/CISO and their leadership team (service owners), procurement team, finance and functional business leaders. Responsibilities: Lead and maintain IT Contracts renewal Provide monthly forecast together with periodic management reports based on analytics Manage IT cost savings, return on investment, critical metrics Follow standard purchasing business policies and processes and help drive procurement standard methodologies across global IT Effectively drive and lead meetings Capture, analyze, and present data using strong and effective analytics abilities Translate business and operational issues into functional plans Lead Key Performance Indicators (critical metrics) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with a preferred concentration in Operations, Finance or Supply Chain Management Experience in a procurement environment, especially indirect procurement with a focus on Information Technology (IT) category Comfortable with coordinating tasks across multiple functions and global locations Demonstrated ability to work independently in a multifaceted, sophisticated, environment. Ability to influence teams in a highly matrixed environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills Analytical problem-solving and research skills This is a Hybrid Role (minimum 2 days/week onsite) at our Midwest Headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI Base Pay Range: $88,900.00 - $151,100.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA KLA's total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.
