Recruiting Business Analyst Intern Summer 2025

As the Recruiting Business Analyst Intern you will support a range of projects across our Talent Acquisition function. You will work with multiple teams to deliver insights, improve processes and support compliance-related projects. work on global and US projects focused on compliance, business forecasting and other related activities.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition. This paid internship is fully remote, with working hours of US Eastern or Central time zones. You will work full-time during this summer internship.

• Review legacy applicant system for current I-9 documentation. Ensure current compliance and develop recommendation for future storage.
• Review 2025 business hiring forecast compared to actual and make recommendations to improve forecasting efforts for 2026 and beyond.
• Support university relations calendar planning and develop process for event return on investment analysis.
• Participate in meetings to understand our businesses needs and present data-driven recommendations

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration or related degree
• Minimum GPA of 2.5
• Experience gathering data, interpreting results and summarizing the data to support business recommendations and process improvements
• Complete minimum of Sophomore year of college by May 2025
