Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated AV Programming Supervisor to join our integration business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Detailed knowledge of systems programming, configuration, test & measurement, software development and User Experience
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing; with presentation skills
  • Ability to interface and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, customers, as well as senior management
  • Advanced computer skills and software knowledge to include MS Office and other company software
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, able to set priorities and meet deadlines in fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to execute results
  • Perform personnel functions for the purpose of maintaining adequate staffing, and enhancing productivity
  • Prepares correspondence for the purpose of documenting activities, providing directions and or conveying information
  • Enforce compliance with company administrative policies, procedures and regulations
  • Overseeing and managing a Field Engineering team
  • Serving as a business representative at industry events
  • Anticipate and resolve problem/challenges; seek assistance as required
  • Interact with clients in a professional, customer service-oriented manner
  • Manage schedule to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with project schedule
  • Engineering Supervisor specializing in Project Engineering to include Custom Programming, System Configuration, and QA/QC of audiovisual systems
  • Participate in assessment and technology business plans
  • Function as a technical expert to ensure field deliverables align with System Design and Statement of Work
  • Estimation, System Design and Engineering focused applicant must have the ability to solve technical problems and make recommendations while providing solutions
  • Customer training and project closeout documentation refinement


Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 10 years in the industry preferred
  • Crestron, Extron, QSC, AMX, biamp certifications
  • Management experience
  • Able to use hand tools and test E271equipment
  • General knowledge of electrical circuitry and network principles
  • Read/understand technical drawings and programming guides
