JOB OVERVIEW: The Senior Predictive Analyst is responsible for leading and developing strategies to utilize transactional, web, and insurance data to create predictive insights to drive results. Working with the department to lead in all aspects of data preparation, analytics, management reporting, and ad hoc reporting across the organization, including both Dental and Medical divisions. Their efforts will be focused on synthesizing data and creating predictive models to uncover actionable, data driven customer insights for both divisions. This position will utilize analytics data and other data sources to identify new marketing and sales opportunities. They will work with sales and marketing leaders on collaborative analyses to drive business and market share. This position requires partnership with the IT team to best utilize data within centrally maintained data sources as well as the loading and accessing of data from a departmental SQL database using Python and SQL. Data visualization is completed in Power BI and familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps is preferred. The Senior Predictive Analyst position will also partner directly with the management team to support ad hoc sales analysis, visualizations, and insights to drive sales focus and maximize opportunity conversion. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance. TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required. The posted range for this position is $73,432 to $114,737 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
