Associate Technician

Location: This is a fully onsite role out of ourSolution Integration Center in Fort Worth, Texas

Compensation: $20.90 hourly

Hours: 2 pm- 10:30 pm (2nd shift)

About the role

As an Associate Technician, you will get to:

• Verify/Count all parts and QTYs listed on each pick list order before placing on the bench.
• Continuously check ERP system to systematically unpack the order.
• Follow work instructions to completion.
• Notify their manager immediately of any non-conforming product and\or discrepancies in work instructions.
• Responsible for shipping label creation and application to packaging.
• Close out orders by recording order tracking information and other pertinent information in the system.

What we're looking for

• High School Education or equivalent.
• The ability to work in a high-volume production environment
• Must have the ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills
• Must be able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion
• A basic understanding of computer operating systems.
• Must possess good problem-solving skills
• Knowledge SAP preferred
• Ability to adhere to tight (SLA) Service Level Agreements.
• Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill/perform the essential job functions.
