Overview

The Regional HR Director will lead and manage the human resources function for the Bloomington-Normal service area. This pivotal role will involve driving HR strategy for the region, overseeing the regional HR team, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in HR services across the service area.

  • Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources
  • Professional HR Certification or Advanced Degree upon hire

Work Experience:

  • Ability to lead and direct teams - 3 years

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall goals of the service area
  • Focuses on engagement, leadership development, turnover management, workforce planning,
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the regional HR team, ensuring effective delivery of HR services.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Partner with Carle Health Human Resources services to ensure regional needs are incorporated.
  • Serve as a liaison between the HR services and the service area.
  • Identify and lead cultural change impacts
  • Focuses on other culture-enriching activities.
  • Leadership development strategies to align with Carle Health and local needs.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $53.18per hour - $91.47per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
