The Faculty Affairs Department at the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) is a newly established unit dedicated to supporting and driving the professional success of GTRI research faculty members in partnership with the Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA). Our mission is to streamline and enhance faculty research related processes, including hiring, promotion, onboarding, and career development, while ensuring alignment with Georgia Tech policies. As we build this department, we are looking for team members who are collaborative, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a growing and impactful administrative function within a leading applied research institution. Job Summary
Lead and assist school Chair and search committees in academic faculty affairs, including new hires, reappointments, promotions, tenure, leave and immigration petitions. This position will interact on a regular basis with: Faculty and staff. This position typically will advise and counsel: Faculty and staff. This position will supervise: N/A Responsibilities
