Weekend Hospital Security Officer - Galena, IL

Per Mar Security Services has been a family owned and operated, full-service security company since its inception in 1953. We provide security officer, electronic security, fire alarm and background and investigative services, serving customers in multiple states throughout the Midwest region.

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a security officer to work in a Hospital setting.
Schedule will consist of Fri/Sat/Sun 6:00 pm - 6:00 am.
36 hours a week at $19.25 per hour.

**PERC is a plus but not required. Must have reliable transportation.
** A pre-employment background and drug screen are required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
