Staffmark is hiring an Injection Operator in Greer, SC! Join a reputable manufacturing team where your attention to detail and commitment to quality are highly valued.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and finish bumpers and small parts for the painting process
  • Trim, sand, and flame injection-molded parts
  • Visually inspect parts according to work instructions (WI) and customer standards
  • Load and unload parts per the injection schedule and WI
  • Identify and remove surface defects using handheld electric tools
  • Maintain line speed and keep accurate records of defects, scrap, and repaints
  • Ensure all documentation and traceability requirements are met
  • Keep the work area clean and organized in line with 5S standards



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous injection molding or technical experience is a plus
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • Comfortable interpreting graphs, gauges, and written instructions
