Salary: $120,000 - $160,000/yr.

Responsibilities:



  • Travel extensively to project sites across locations as needed-potentially for extended periods.
  • Support and/or lead heavy civil and deep foundation projects, often in compliance-driven environments like data centers.
  • Work closely with Project Superintendents and manage on-site crews to ensure efficient and compliant project execution.
  • Adapt quickly to new environments and project demands while maintaining high energy and professionalism.
  • Take ownership of project progress and seek continuous growth opportunities within the company.




Qualifications:



  • Civil Construction/Engineering discipline; must have relevant experience, ideally in project engineering within plant or heavy civil construction environments.
  • Eagerness to travel and flexibility to relocate temporarily for project needs.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing field crews.
  • Familiarity with site terms, compliance requirements, and structured project processes.
  • High level of initiative and a drive to grow into larger roles within the organization.
