We have partnered with a leading Casino Resort and are seeking a highly motivated Database Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of all database-driven marketing initiatives. In this dynamic role, you'll oversee campaign strategy, list generation, program execution, and results reporting across multiple channels-including direct mail, email, SMS, and mobile. You will serve as the subject matter expert for our CRM and marketing technologies, ensuring the integrity of our player tracking databases while analyzing customer behavior and KPIs to drive data-informed marketing and business decisions. This position plays a key role in cross-departmental collaboration, budget oversight, and guest engagement. Salary: $40,000 - $55,000/yr. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (build, test, deploy, report) Analyze database trends and campaign KPIs to optimize performance Maintain database integrity and coordinate with IT for system support Lead direct mail and digital communications, including creative review and vendor coordination Handle campaign budgeting and expenditures, including forecasting and reconciliations Support strategic planning, A/B testing, and performance analysis Collaborate across departments and with external vendors to ensure seamless execution Respond to guest inquiries related to offers and promotions Qualifications: Must have database management experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Computer Science required 3+ years in database marketing and analytics, including SQL/Access experience Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; CRM systems experience a plus Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills Understanding of direct mail production, compliance, and casino marketing operations Must obtain and maintain a valid Tribal and State Gaming License This is a direct hire position with benefits provided by our client including medical, dental, 401(k), life insurance, and more.
