Sales Coordinator

• Coordinate sales and purchasing activities, including generating quotes and ensuring effective communication across teams.
• Use advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, create detailed reports, and track performance metrics.
• Generate and present regular sales reports highlighting key performance indicators for management review.
• Set target selling prices and participate in cost planning and pricing negotiations for various parts.
• Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations based on specifications and pricing structures.
• Source raw materials and supplies for plastic injection molding while ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms to secure optimal pricing.
• Support new model events, manage pricing records, and forecast purchasing activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to support product and process development.
• Maintain relationships with customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of quotes, pricing, and orders.
