Job Title: GBM - CiP Due Diligence - Operations - Analyst

Duration: 6 months

Location: Salt Lake City, UT, 84101


Job Duties:

  • As a member of the Cip Due Diligence client onboarding organization, the individual will specialize in the review of Anti-Money Laundering ("AML")/Know Your Customer ("KYC") information for new clients as well as for existing customers.
  • The individual will work directly with our internal partners, clients and sales in a fast paced environment with precision and accuracy.
  • In addition, the individual will lead and motivate team members, work cross-functionally for process and procedure solutions and manage escalations.
  • The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and communicate to all levels of the organization, including sales, legal and compliance is critical.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure due diligence is performed on new and existing clients to comply with KYC regulations.
  • Develop expertise in the firm's AML/Customer Identification due diligence policies.
  • Communicate with internal and external clients to obtain relevant documentary requirements in line with current policies.
  • Propose and act upon process improvements/efficiencies.
  • Participate in regular meetings with regional and global team members.
  • Work closely with regional managers to ensure case review targets are on track and being progressed.
  • Take ownership of an agreed upon workload ensuring it is processed to completion within timelines.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Work experience in Operations or related field.
  • Experience in Client Onboarding/ Customer Identification Program (CIP) processes.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.

  • Experience in the financial services industry.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
