Position Title: Program Manager - Talent The Program Manager - Talent partners with the Director of Talent and Transformation to develop and implement talent management programs, processes, and initiatives that drive the growth, development, and effectiveness of our organization. This role requires close collaboration with HR and business leaders, Learning & Leadership Development teams, and Change Management to drive performance and talent enablement interventions that ensure our people possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to meet current and future business demands. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Applies a structured methodology to lead talent planning and development activities; leverages durable best practices, process, and tools to support enterprise talent enablement. Leads new deployment and ongoing execution of key talent management processes and programs, including process and program/design, deployment strategy development and communication, outcome measurement and reporting, and user adoption/change management support. Supports performance and talent management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning, as well as high-potential program development, leadership development, and enterprise learning. Supports training development and delivery; provides input, documents requirements, manages instructional design process, facilitates delivery, and coordinates logistics. Administers and evaluates assessments (e.g., 360-feedback, Birkman, Hogan, etc.) to determine development opportunities for high-potential individuals, providing coaching support as needed. Builds strong relationships with business leaders and HR teams to understand talent needs and drive strategic talent objectives, considering organizational readiness and capacity for change. Establishes and maintains a strong working relationship with HR System Administrators to ensure talent modules within Workday are effectively designed and deployed to support desired outcomes of talent processes and programs, including a focus on skills development, career pathing, and establishing a Talent Marketplace. Tracks, monitors, analyzes and reports key performance indicators/metrics, including utilization/user adoption, key business/talent outcomes and stakeholder feedback for key talent management programs, processes and tools. Leverages this analysis to identify opportunities and need for intervention(s); evaluates and ensures equitable process outcomes and identifies and mitigates/removes process barriers and bias. Prepares proposals and executive summary presentations for key internal stakeholder audiences and supports external reporting requirements. Manages and maintains existing vendor relationships and supports the evaluation of new external vendors and offerings as needed. Stays current on talent management trends and best practices, recommending innovative enhancements to improve current processes, programs, and tools. Minimum Qualifications: Education:
