Job Description

As a Gen AI Analyst within the People Systems team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of our GenAI and automation initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of AI and Automation, you will be responsible for identifying use cases, gathering detailed business and technical requirements, and supporting the delivery of custom GenAI and automation solutions. You will help ensure that solutions meet stakeholder needs and drive improved employee experiences. Working within an agile framework, you will assist with project management through tools like JIRA and contribute to the ongoing maintenance, adoption, and optimization of AI solutions.

Key Duties:

  • Drive the identification and collection of Generative AI and automation use cases across the People Systems team.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business and technical requirements to support solution development.
  • Drive the implementation of Generative AI and automation strategies and product roadmaps under the guidance of the Senior Manager.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of custom Generative AI solutions, ensuring they align with stakeholder needs and enhance employee experiences.
  • Manage the solution lifecycle, from ideation through deployment and ongoing maintenance, using agile principles and JIRA tools.
  • Lead testing, creation of test cases, validation, and user feedback activities to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  • Track and report on the adoption, performance, and ROI of Generative AI and automation solutions, supporting change management and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Stay up to date on Generative AI, machine learning, and automation trends, applying insights to support product innovation and improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to define product requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with the broader product vision.

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in product management, business analysis, HR technology, or a related technology role in the AI domain.
  • Understanding of Generative AI, automation, and machine learning concepts and applications.
  • Extensive experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and the use of JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of custom technology solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $87,200.00 to $130,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
