Responsibilities
- For domestic and international shipment arrangements and process
- Responsible for enforcement of transportation agreements & services, export controls and containment of domestic and international freight expenses
- Maintains trade compliance and Customs clearance
- Specialize in shipment of dangerous/hazardous goods.
- Provide shipment information & tracking
- Prepare shipping documents and schedule freight pickups as required
- Responsible for roles and responsibilities of the receiving functions
- Daily communication with receiving staff regarding any purchase order discrepancies
- Ensure that all purchase orders are received in 48 hours period
- Prepare incoming receipt of material, ensure boxes are not damaged, process paper work and complete transactions in the system
- Communicate with warehouse daily for sales orders pulling priorities
- Maintain inventory accuracy and complete inventory transactions to work orders/sales orders
- Administrative & data entry tasks that staff is required to complete daily; picking parts, packing, crating, wrapping, cycle counting and various work order issue and completion transactions.
- Operate lift trucks, pallet jacks and load/unload freight as necessary
- Supporting of the 5S program
- Supporting weekly, warehouse safety check list
- Other duties, as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma, Associate Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in logistics and warehouse roles.
- In safety and 5S programs.
- Proactive, with a can-do attitude, hands-on approach, and a strong sense of ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- JDE ERP experience preferred.
- Forklift operators experience preferred.
- Ability to identify opportunities for innovation and offer new ideas to improve products, processes, and procedures.

It also requires the ability to handle pallet jacks and operate forklifts. This job role will be performed in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The salary range for this role is $30.00 - $35.00 hourly, however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus program.
