We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join the firm's Southeast Marketing Team in our Raleigh, NC office. This team supports our Infrastructure, Land Development and Field Services Divisions by developing compliant, compelling proposals and SOQs for clients across the Carolinas. This role includes participating in Go/No-Go decisions, managing and producing submittals, evaluating selection criteria, and crafting effective response strategies using strong writing and organizational skills. To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of proposal development experience at an A/E/C firm. The ideal candidate will have well-rounded capabilities in communication, meeting facilitation, technical writing and graphic design including knowledge of Adobe InDesign. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Proposal Development - Coordinate and manage the preparation of marketing proposals, submittals, and qualifications, from initial planning through writing, reviewing and design production. Responsible for assuring that all aspects of the proposal process are followed, and that marketing materials are accurate, timely, and compelling. * Data and Content Management - Work with technical staff to record and maintain opportunity, project, employee, and client information within Deltek CRM system. * Marketing Communications - Support Management and Business Development staff on internal projects, presentations, award submittals, tradeshows, and special events for assigned division(s). Develop support materials, brochures, mailers, web content, advertisements and other collateral as needed.
