Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$42.09 - $56.83 / hour

Summary

Responsible for overseeing the compliance with all regulatory agencies, including the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Long Term Care, State Office of Licensure and Certification, Federal Medicare and Medicaid standards and the Public Health Department. Responsible for the overall management of the facility with emphasis in the following areas: financial performance, quality, employee relations, marketing, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Reports to the Senior Administrator and appropriate departmental managers within the Hospital system and the Board of Directors.

Requirements Educational Requirements

Degree/Diploma Obtained	Program of Study	Required/ Preferred	and/or
Bachelor's	Business Administration	Required	or
Bachelor's	Healthcare	Required	or
Master's		Preferred

Experience Requirements

Additional Requirements2 to 5 years of experience in skilled nursing and /or assisted living /senior living industry. Successful Administrator In Training program preferred. State of Florida Licensure Requirements
