Job Description The IT Taskforce Technician is responsible for supplying, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. They will also travel to Omni properties nationwide to assist with projects as well as visiting properties with no on-site IT personnel on a regular cadence to ensure the IT needs are being met. This role is responsible for ensuring that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling associates and vendors for success. This position reports to the Manager, Service Desk. This role will be required to work both Saturday and Sunday with two (2) days off during the week Responsibilities
Provides in person and remote technical support on all computer systems in the hotel.
