Responsibilities:

• Test Development:

Experience in Electrical/Mechanical Manufacturing Test HW development (PCBA, Sub-Assembly and/or System Level).

Experience with PCBA schematic and PCBA Layout design.

Experience with selection or development of custom test fixtures and/or automation systems.

Develop Software scripts for automated testing in Python, LabVIEW, C#, C++ or similar platform.

Familiarity with supporting New Product Development, and New Product Introduction related to manufacturing.

• Test Execution :

Run Validation and production level tests to ensure product quality

Analyze Test data and diagnose failures or yield issues

• Process Improvements:

Optimize test cycle time and throughput

Implement root cause analysis and corrective actions for test escapes or false failures.

Sustaining support for continuous improvements for products in production.

• Documentation:

Maintain detailed test plans, procedures, and reports

Ensure Traceability of test results which complies with standards (ex. ISO, IPC)

• Cross Functional Collaboration:

Works closely with design engineers, manufacturing teams and quality to ensure test coverage aligns with product requirements.

Job Level: Senior Level

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Min of 5 years industry experience.

Special Requirements:

• To conform with U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorization from the U.S. Government.

The annual salary range for this role in California is $125,000 - $145,000 a year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus program. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
