JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Provides face-to-face and telehealth crisis services. Assists Crisis and Access Services staff in engaging clients in treatment services, screening and following up with high risk clients, assisting with care coordination and life skills as needed during transition to other services, and connecting clients to necessary resources. QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Bachelor's degree required. Years of Experience At least two years of direct service experience working or volunteering in a human services organization.
