Nokia of America Corporation, Global 1830 TAC Engineer (Multiple Positions), Westford, MA.
Domestic travel up to 15% required. Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Westford, MA may be permitted up to 60%. Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with the following: Trouble-shoot issues on the 1830 PSS network deployed for the customer; Retrieval of Debug dumps, running traces, logs, via CLI, and interpretation; 1830 Equipment Planning Tool (EPT); TL1 command language to query and retrieve logs; and, Analysis of the Health Check Tools on the customer's network to confirm the Sanity of the Network.
