Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Production Supervisor oversees assigned Department operations. Responsibilities include ensuring productivity, quality, on-time performance, proper staffing, employee development, communication across teams, housekeeping, and safety. Assigned departments such as Folding, Cutting, Attaching, Imaging, Inserting, Die-Cutting and Shrink Wrapping. Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Education, Experience and Skills:
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced production environment. Work Hours: 1st shift - 5:30am-2:30pm 2nd shift - 1:30pm to 10:30pm 3rd shift - 9:30pm to 6:30am SG360 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
