Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$22.78 - $29.62 / hour

Coordinator for the Trauma Registry, performing a variety of lead duties: plans, designs, edits, educates on, and responsible for submission of trauma registry data and reports for all state and national entities. Performs project management, and coordinates with trauma leaders for all trauma initiatives. Works independently as a leader with supervision of trauma registrars in a work environment of multiple and conflicting priorities.

Education:High School Diploma or equivalent required. 5 years of formal training beyond high school.

Experience:Minimum of 5 years data entry experience or CPC or RHIT experience preferred.

Certification:CSTR (Certified Specialist in Trauma Registries) required.

License:N/A

Other:Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Anatomy. Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of EPIC and Trauma One preferred.
