Business Systems Analyst III Job Locations

Overview The Business Systems Analyst (BSA III) serves as a strategic partner, leading the alignment of complex business needs with advanced IT solutions. In this senior capacity, the BSA III takes ownership of eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing the comprehensive requirements of diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and end users. The analyst not only drives collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams but also ensures that system solutions support and advance organizational strategy. Senior BSAs are entrusted with overseeing large-scale, high-impact initiatives as well as guiding enhancements for commercial insurance quoting and policy management systems, often acting as a subject matter expert and a mentor to other team members. Responsibilities
Serve as the lead liaison between executive stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
