Job Function - General:

Respond to work orders and requests for maintenance services in a timely and efficient manner; Perform daily work order requests.



  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of issues, including plumbing, electrical problems, HVAC malfunctions, and structural damage.
  • Read, interpret and work from blueprints, plans, drawings, and schematic diagrams
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, spackling, and snow removal (plowing/salting).
  • Operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in facilities maintenance, such as power tools, ladders, and scaffolding.
  • Order materials to perform work; maintain all tools and equipment.
  • Maintain PM & DM schedules to ensure maintenance is completed.



The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Education and Professional Knowledge:

High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required, Associate's or technical degree preferred.

Experience:

03- 05 years related experience required.

Certification:

Applicable industry/professional certification required.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Requires working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization. Exercises general application of principles, theories and concepts. Follows established procedures and guidelines.

Supervision Given and Received:

Works under general supervision. May periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning and/or

reviewing the work of other peers.

Problem Solving:

May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.

Contacts/Cooperation:

Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Frequent

contact with external contractors/vendors.

Additional Requirement:

Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed, On-call hours as needed

$60,000 to $70,000 (plus incentive compensation)


The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
