Machine Operator, Cooler - 2nd Shift

JOB SUMMARY

Our Kemps Cedarburg plant has an immediate job opening for fast paced and motivated machine operator to run our Caser/Stacker machine in our cooler. The Caser/Stacker is tasked with operating and overseeing the conveyor system and the machinery that fills and stacks milk creates. Once the creates are filled, they are stacked by machine and transported via conveyor to an area where our grippers can grab our products. The Caser/Stacker will manage empty creates, full creates, and individual products as necessary to resolve jams and ensure proper alignment on the production lines.

OUR OPERATORS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:

• $27.76 per hour
• $1,500 referral bonus

SCHEDULE: 2^nd Shift - 3pm start time, 10-12 hours per day, 3 week rotating schedule, Weekend & Holiday work required

• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal
• Effective verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary and manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 cases high
• Must be able to work in a wet environment and work in an environment where temperature is maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays
• May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals
