What we are looking for

SCS Engineers is looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant for the Long Beach office. You would be supporting our Field Services Business Unit. You will be hybrid (office and remote work) in this position and will be handling various clerical duties including scanning, mail and sending out vendor invoices. The schedule is Monday through Friday 1:00pm to 5:00pm, so you would be working around 20 hours/week.

How you can make an impact

Scanning confidential documents onto the network.

Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail.
Clerical tasks to maintain and service files and records and process simple documents.
Sorts, codes, and files (electronically and manually) unclassified material by simple (subject matter) headings or partly classified material by finer sub-headings.
May be responsible for maintaining personnel spreadsheets for various company issued credit cards.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of office and administrative experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Valid driver's license with a diving record in good standing required.

Pay Range

USD $22.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
