Title: Jr. Project Engineer (Entry Level) Location: Orlando, FL 32819 Duration:1 Year Contract with possible extension and conversion Need: US Citizen Only Pay Rate: $35/Hour on w2 Job Description: Project Engineer - Integration, Test & Evaluation (IT&E): Support strategic initiatives across multiple Engineering & Technology (E&T) labs. Ensure projects are completed on time and in compliance with company policies. Contribute to lab space rehabilitation, process and efficiency improvements, and 6S compliance. Manage schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve lab objectives. Provide support and guidance to lab personnel as needed. Apply strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple projects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives independently. Hands-on experience in managing day-to-day lab operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Expertise in coordinating lab activities, optimizing workflows, and contributing to process improvements for increased efficiency. Basic Requirements: Eligible for secret clearance. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Self-starter with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and company procedures. Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Preferred Skills: 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, labs, or manufacturing. Experience with service request or tracking systems. Comfortable working with a diverse workforce.
