FIELD SERVICE CRANE TECHNICIAN - Oak Creek, WI Zenar Corporation Duties/Responsibilities: Inspect, repair/emergency repair, upgrade/modify, install/wire/startup and commission overhead cranes (all manufacturers and types). Work in extreme conditions (heat/cold). Work at heights up to 135 feet with AWP (manlift). Electrical background and ability to troubleshoot are a plus. Travel on occasion. Ability to work independently. Valid Driver's License and clean driving record a must. Pay commensurate with experience Required Skills/Abilities Working knowledge of general electrical concepts. Must be mechanically inclined. Works well independently and as a productive member of a team. Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing. Must not have fear of heights. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis; lift 50# on occasion. Must have manual dexterity to repair/inspect a crane including bending, stooping, crawling, climbing and reaching. Must have excellent hand-eye coordination. Must wear safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour With relevant experience: Starting at $28.00+ Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week 8 hour shift Day shift Occasional travel Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
