Job Mission

The Talent Engagement Team's mission is to identify, build, and nurture talent pipelines to support current and future business objectives. We achieve this through robust university relations, developmental student programs, and engaging competency-based talent communities. As a key member of the team, the Talent Engagement Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations, fostering positive candidate experiences, and driving impactful engagement initiatives across both university and professional outreach efforts.

Job Description

Strategic Support

  • Organize and manage team meetings, timelines, project plans, and operational processes for both the University Relations and the Talent Community Development teams.

  • Support budget tracking, timeline management, and team communications for strategic initiatives.

Event Coordination

  • In partnership with event owners, plan and execute campus outreach events, professional conferences, networking events, and other talent engagement activities.

  • Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, shipping/set up, and communications.

  • Manage and maintain team collateral and swag inventory.

US Internship Program Support

  • Oversee centralized framework for the U.S. Intern Program, including communication timeline, intern/manager deliverables and onboarding/offboarding.

  • Collaborate with local program managers to ensure a consistent and engaging experience for all US interns.

CRM Management

  • Utilize CRM to manage candidate pipelines, track engagement activities, and generate reports.

  • Leverage CRM features to automate workflows, maintain clean data, and enhance efficiency.

Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Support the Talent Engagement Team with various projects as needed to drive team success.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) is required.

  • Prior experience in talent acquisition, university relations and/or events planning a plus.

Skills and Competencies

  • Problem-Solving and Resourcefulness: Proven ability to figure things out, navigate ambiguity, and make things happen with minimal supervision. This includes being proactive in identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to details

  • Follow up and accountability: Strong ability to follow up on tasks, ensure timely completion of projects and drive accountability across stakeholders to meet deadlines and achieve results.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust strategies and workflows in response to evolving priorities or challenges.

  • Data Analysis: Ability to maintain current and accurate data, analyze to identify outliers and trends, improve processes, and inform decision-making

Other

  • This position is located on-site in Wilton, Connecticut. It requires an onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, training courses and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.

  • Event participation is a part of this position and will require attendance outside of standard working hours.

  • Some travel to external events and other US ASML locations is required.
