Financial Analysis

  • Provide analytical support and influence for business leaders to support decision making
  • Support operations development on financial budget and forecast being a liaison for the financial processes, procedures, overall guidance, compliance and standards
  • Provide timely financial day-by-day support to local operations team through ongoing meetings and e-mails by the JLL Finance alias
  • Help ensure accurate and timely expense recognition and reporting of actual financial results
  • Perform critical sense by analyzing expense trend monthly to properly support forecast guidance
  • Financial modeling, analysis and compilation of quantitative data to support financial account wide deliverables
  • Support cost-savings, process improvement initiatives, identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps and financial risks
  • Pursue forecast accuracy and KPI achievements

Reporting

  • Support and maintain all financial on-going reports, e-mail communications and dashboards
  • Overseas budget planning activities, consolidating content and performing overall analysis
  • Detailed monthly and forecast analysis, pursuing operations accuracy, applying proper comparisons to ensure adherence with client expectations
  • Collaborative mindset to work with local operations team, supporting with ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal reports, graphs, charts and presentations, when needed
  • Streamline initiatives to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity
  • Work ahead of potential needs that may impact ongoing processes by identifying when changes need to be implemented

Teamwork

  • Be a reliable and trusted team member to both direct management and business partners
  • Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management tools
  • Use team Google driver and email aliases data storage, reporting and communication
  • Demonstrate high level of customer service with business leadership and finance team
  • Collaborate with team to share and improve technical skills
  • Assist leaders in researching and identifying budget corrections and work with others to implement change

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred
  • 3-7 years related experience
  • Advanced Excel skills or GSuite, Experience with PeopleSoft and JD Edwards a plus
  • Strong financial reporting, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Takes initiative on projects and tasks and can extend support cross-functionally
  • Possesses the skillset to develop ad-hoc reports and to explain reporting data well
  • Performs routine tasks well with the capability to improve processes and efficiencies
  • Drives to meaningful solutions with urgency with the ability to pre-determine the needs of a request
  • Ability to work both independently efficiently and collaboratively effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity

Estimated total compensation for this position:

100,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
