Milliman is seeking a Receptionist to join their vibrant and dynamic Brookfield, Wisconsin office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills who will provide office assistance, receptionist, and facilities support to all Milliman practices located in Brookfield. This is a full-time position. Candidates must be able to work onsite in the Brookfield office, Monday through Friday every week.

Job Responsibilities



  • Performing general reception duties such as screening and directing incoming calls, greeting visitors, coordinating meetings and catering, sorting incoming and sending outgoing mail / packages, and filing various documents
  • Operating office equipment (e.g., photocopiers, scanners, postage meters, etc.)
  • Organizing, maintaining, and distributing building access badges and garage fobs for staff and visitors
  • Ordering business cards, floral arrangements, catering for in-house meetings, and other items requested
  • Organizing and maintaining notes for weekly event preparation for facilities staff
  • Organizing and maintaining procedure documentation and network files
  • Performing other administrative and facilities duties that may be assigned from time-to-time


Minimum Requirements



  • Associate's degree required
  • 5+ years of office assistance, receptionist, and / or related work experience
  • Previous work experience with Milliman or similar consulting firm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/365, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Survey Monkey, and Canva
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Location

This is a full-time position, based out of the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI. Candidates must be able to work onsite in the office Monday through Friday (available 7:45AM to 4:45PM) every week.

Compensation

This is a full-time, non-exempt position eligible for overtime after 40 hours of work, and subject to federal and state wage and hour laws.
