  • Salary range 003: $57,400 - $71,800 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).

What's involved in this role:

We are looking for a International Logistics Coordinator in Eden Prairie, MN.

The International Logistics Coordinator manages the export process to Agropur's international markets. This position works closely with sales, manufacturing plants, quality assurance, warehouse and freight vendors to coordinate international shipments. The International Logistics Coordinator acts as a primary contact for customers in their region for registration, scheduling, export documentation needs as well as all customer service inquiries. This position plays a critical role in delivering goods to foreign buyers/customers.

  • Ensure the highest level of data quality. Processing, track and trace international shipments, Maintain and update CRM purchase order entries, shipping status and reason codes.
  • Understand, interpret, and apply foreign import requirements needed for customs clearance; Comply with CA/US Government regulation to facilitate clearance ensuring CA/US export customs regulatory compliance is achieved.
  • Prepare, validate, and submit export documentation to ensure acceptance of product and payment from Customer for product; interpret, verify, and act as liaison to customer for Letter of Credit opening according to Agropur requirements
  • Review and update regional, country specific regulations and tactical import procedures ensuring they support customer expectations; Develop and update cover sheet profile according to customer and country requirements.
  • Maintain quality customer service and represent Agropur in a professional manner. Building and maintain meaningful relationships during all points of contact within the customer service cycle - customer POCs, vendors, manufacturing, and cross functional teams. Successfully use and understand International Business etiquette.

What you need to join our team:

  • Bilingual Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with the transportation industry, international business, or related field required.

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with dairy exports preferred.
