Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Level 2: Estimated annual base pay: $100,800 (minimum) - $126,000(midpoint) - $151,200(maximum)

Level 3:Estimated annual base pay: $112,000 (minimum) - $140,000 (midpoint) - $168,000 (maximum)

This position is a Functional Project Manager in Operations. Specific projects include factory or machine moves, Capital (equipment) Acquisitions, and NPI product introductions into operations at key gates.

What you will be doing...

  • Coordinate and manage multiple complex projects, including capital acquisitions and new product/process introductions, ensuring seamless execution across locations.

  • Present project status to customers and executives, clearly communicating progress, challenges, and outcomes.

  • Mentor and consult with lower-level project managers, fostering professional growth and expertise.

  • Drive strategic and capital planning processes, aligning projects with organizational goals and priorities.

  • Oversee scope management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.

  • Collaborate with functions like Sourcing, Sales, and Engineering to manage processes, align strategies, and support new business development.

  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain project management tools to facilitate cross-department collaboration and project success.

  • Ensure compliance with sourcing processes, supplier development, and inventory transition while minimizing total investment.

  • Lead large customer projects from inception to warranty completion, ensuring performance, transitions, and contractual alignment.

  • Support Quality and EHS initiatives, including Six Sigma projects, CAC/CAB coordination, and global team mentoring.

What we are looking for...

Level 2:

  • Master's degree in arts/sciences (MA/MS) MBA or International equivalent preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in sciences (BS) Technical field preferred required

  • 2-5 years' experience in Program/Project Lifecycle (PLC) environment

  • Project Management experience

Level 3:

  • Master's degree in arts/sciences (MA/MS) MBA or International equivalent preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in sciences (BS) Technical field preferred required

  • 10+ years' experience in Program/Project Lifecycle (PLC) environment

  • Project Management experience
