Job Description:As the Engineering and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering team and ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes. You will play a key role in developing and implementing quality control systems, managing engineering projects, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve project goals and deadlines.

• Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.

• Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).

• Proven experience in engineering and quality management roles.

• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
