Growth Marketing Operations Specialist Summary: The Growth Marketing Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting both in-person and virtual training and marketing operations for a global tech company's media products and services. This position is part of the Growth Marketing Operations Team, which enables on-device communications and automated messaging to millions of users worldwide. In addition to supporting lifecycle marketing campaigns, this role provides logistical and operational support for training sessions, internal programs, and facilities operations. Our Ideal Candidate: 5-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or marketing operations Passion for digital marketing and operational logistics with a strong foundation in customer journey orchestration and campaign execution Proficient in CRM and ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, and Oracle Responsys; experience with SQL preferred Comfortable with tools such as Excel and Keynote for tracking, reporting, and presenting data Familiar with facility coordination, vendor communication, and event logistics Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and internal events/training teams Able to work independently while juggling multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills Job Description: In this role, you will manage and execute growth marketing initiatives and lifecycle customer journeys while also supporting in-person and virtual training logistics for internal employee programs. You'll partner with stakeholders across departments to coordinate communications, events, and campaigns, and will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations. Key responsibilities include:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Background in lifecycle marketing, operations, event logistics, training support, or facilities coordination Experience with internal systems for scheduling, resource management, and campaign orchestration Additional Requirements: Please include a resume with your application This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work (some on-site attendance required) The pay for thisposition ranges from $75.00-$81.00 per hour This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k), depending on length of service and hours worked Mathys+Potestio values applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
