We're hiring a Developer Marketing Partnership Lead to support the growth of a leading mobile gaming platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand marketing, gaming, and creative partnerships. You'll work with game developers, internal teams, and external collaborators to launch engaging in-game experiences and integrated marketing strategies.


? What You'll Do

Brand & IP Integration




  • Identify brand partnership opportunities that align with mobile game content



  • Collaborate with developers and producers to bring integration ideas to life



  • Help secure cross-functional marketing support and measure performance outcomes




In-Game Discovery & Engagement




  • Lead initiatives that enhance user discovery within the game ecosystem



  • Partner with developers to implement internal cross-promotion and wayfinding strategies



  • Continuously track performance, optimize strategies, and improve user experience




? Qualifications


  • 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, developer relations, or the mobile gaming industry



  • Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, monetization models, and player behavior



  • Proven success in executing cross-functional marketing projects



  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and project planning skills



  • Data-driven mindset with comfort interpreting performance metrics and optimizing campaigns



  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment




This is a remote role with required proximity to Los Angeles or San Francisco metro areas for occasional in-person meetings.
