Film Publicity Assistant Summary This role supports the global publicity team for a major streaming service's original films division. You'll help execute international publicity campaigns by handling scheduling, communications, events logistics, and various day-to-day operational needs-helping to elevate the visibility of world-class entertainment content around the globe. Our Ideal Candidate 0-2 years of experience in entertainment, publicity, or a related administrative role Passion for global media and entertainment with a strong foundation in project coordination and communications Proficient in Apple software including iCal, Mail, and Keynote, with strong organizational and time management skills Familiar with media relations, press release routing, and event logistics Skilled in collaborating with publicity teams, external partners, and talent reps Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail Proactive, discreet, and trustworthy with sound judgment and professionalism Job Description In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the international film publicity team. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a related field Background in entertainment publicity, marketing, PR, or administrative support Experience with event coordination or international media preferred Additional Requirements Please include your resume when applying for this opportunity. This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work (in-office 3 days/week). The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $22.00-$25.00 per hour.
