Summary
Join the REM Creative Production group at Apple as a Studio Operations Coordinator. This team supports global Team and Customer Engagement as well as the Apple Online Store. The role is ideal for a highly organized individual with a passion for photography production, retouching workflows, and creative operations. You'll collaborate with photographers, retouchers, and cross-functional teams to support world-class studio production.
Our Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in photography production
Passion for creative collaboration and operational excellence, with a strong foundation in studio coordination and image workflows
Proficient in Keynote and project tracking tools, with strong attention to detail
Familiar with photography processes, digital asset management, and studio workflows
Skilled in collaborating with photographers, retouchers, and cross-functional partners
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to navigate a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Job Description
In this role, you will be the bridge between Apple's internal photography and retouching teams and business partners to ensure smooth creative production and asset delivery.
You'll partner with retouchers, photographers, and stakeholders to manage alt text workflows, verify live assets, and maintain project tracking decks. This includes updating stakeholders on progress, overseeing app screen management and approvals, and preparing shotlists and product research for weekly review meetings.
You will also support the studio's overall operations by maintaining internal documentation, coordinating project inputs, and helping uphold Apple's high creative standards.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in photography, media production, communications, or equivalent practical experience
Background in photography production, creative operations, or studio coordination
In-house brand or creative agency experience preferred

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $70.00-$74.00 per hour
