Description
Continental Properties is looking for a Warranty Assurance Supervisor to join our team of dynamic professionals. As the Warranty Assurance Supervisor, you will oversee adherence to the Continental Warranty Policy, using data and insights to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality service. You will collaborate with property management teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal construction teams to resolve warranty issues efficiently. You will report to the Director of Service and Quality. We are looking for candidates already located or willing to relocate to Illinois, Georgia, Michigan, or Wisconsin. Essential Responsibilities:
