Compliance Analysts serve as Ethics and Compliance Department staff and are key team members in City of Hope's system revenue cycle programs and activities. At the direction of a Compliance Manager, Compliance Analysts perform regular and ad hoc reviews to monitor compliance with City of Hope's billing and coding requirements and with federal and state regulations. Compliance Analysts perform compliance related audits and is responsible for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data from the medical record system which may include revenue cycle and clinical information to analyze and use critical thinking skills to identify risks and compliance concerns. Compliance Analysts to collaborate regularly with various levels of staff regarding revenue cycle issues. Compliance Analyst must be able to multi-task on many projects, understand processes, and use sound judgement to As a successful candidate, you will: Perform internal and external audits and reviews conducted by or through the Compliance Office. Gathers, reviews, and analyzes data required for such audits and reviews.
