Our NAM CRE Partner Sales group is looking for a Partner Sales Manager. The preferred location for this position is a DS office on the west coast (Woodland Hills, CA, San Diego, CA, Bellevue, WA and Texas area is also an option). This role is hybrid but working remote may be an option based on location.

A unique focal point in charge of the Partner Transformation & Development. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in the transformation and enablement of the Partner (Platinum, Dual Partners or International Partners if assigned) to achieve the Sales Plan (On Premise and On the Cloud) based on TARGET initiatives (provisioning and operation), he/she will be in charge of the following steps of execution.



  • Co-Design, with the Partner, the go-to-market strategy to ensure its compliance with Dassault Systemes' growth strategy
  • Lead the (new) Partner on-boarding
  • Co-create Marketing plan to generate leads and support the sales effort
  • Provide insights on TARGET initiatives performances to Sales Expert Management (GEO LEADERs) on a monthly basis
  • Co-Design with the Partner resources, business role and skills review to co-define & deploy the People Development & Enablement plan
  • Share follow-up Partner development plan with Partner C-Level and connect Partner with Dassault Systemes resources to support the key initiatives.
  • Define & Implement Development Plan to generate growth based on Key Performance Indicators on a mid and long-term basis
  • Monitor pace of deployment of Solutions on clients side in order to ensure Go Lives
  • Lead the 3DS extended team to ensure Partner Transformation and Development plan execution.
  • Review pipeline with the Partner to Plan actions to trigger Value Up activities on a quarterly basis for Customer Process and on weekly & monthly basis for Customer Roles
  • Articulate the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform in order to identify the required resources within Dassault Systemes for additional expertise when needed for upsell (Industry, Brand)
  • Lead the (new) Partner on-boarding
  • Share follow-up Partner development plan with Partner C-Level and connect Partner with Dassault Systemes resources to support the key initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of partner sales management or indirect sales
  • Experience selling complex Enterprise Software Solutions
  • Ability to devise and execute a business plan and monitor/measure progress
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage complex and multi-dimensional sales initiatives
  • Experience managing and influencing multi-layered team
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time


*Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $208,000-$246,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.

Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
