QCS Engineering Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support engineering activities in all types of project sizes and complexities, under the supervision of senior engineers
.
You will be mainly accountable for:
-Sales Support: Collect data from ABB and competitive systems for performance guarantee development.
-Planning and Schedule Management: Develop Systems Engineering Plan for all projects when lead role is assigned.
-Project Execution: Support integration test of systems during internal "One-hundred Percent Test"
-Operator Training: Develop training material both general and specific to project requirements.
The work model for the role is: hybrid/remote. This role is contributing to the Process Industries division in the Upper Midwest..

• *Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required. Paper Science or related field preferred.
• *2+ years of industrial/related experience required
• *Fluent in written and verbal English
• *Strong leadership and communications skills
