Lubbock Analyst - Employee Relations Analyst 40473BR Human Resources Position Description Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies. About the Department and/or College As an Employee Relations Analyst you will serve as a link between supervisors and their employees by answering questions and helping resolve work-related concerns. You will use your knowledge to explain human resources policies, procedures, and laws. You will also guide campus leaders through the employee performance management, corrective action, and termination processes. Your experience and knowledge will be key as you address employee relations concerns and mediate workplace disputes. You will make a difference! Major/Essential Functions Every day you will:
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in job related field plus one year of related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years. Preferred Qualifications To thrive in this role you must have:
