The Accounting Continuous ImprovementManger is a hybrid position based in our Telford PA office.

The ContinuousImprovement Manager will have a strong finance background to lead the optimization of our multi-platform SAP environment and tangential systems and process. Will drive Six Sigma initiatives to streamline operations, reduce manual workarounds, and create efficient, data-driven processes. Also collaborate across finance, operations, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, reduce redundancies, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reporting.

Process Analysis & Redesign

Evaluate current finance processes, data flows, and system integrations within multiple SAP platforms. o Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and manual workarounds; create standardized procedures to eliminate inefficiencies.

Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement

Apply Six Sigma (or similar methodology) principles to design, measure, analyze, and improve processes. o Lead cross-functional Kaizen events and workshops to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

SAP Optimization

Collaborate with IT and functional teams to harmonize SAP configurations, modules, and interfaces across the organization. o Recommend and implement best practices for data governance, system integrations, and end-user training.

Data Stewardship & Governance

Establish clear ownership of data sources and processes, ensuring accurate and consistent financial reporting. o Implement controls to maintain high levels of data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO).

Project & Stakeholder Management

Plan, prioritize, and execute improvement initiatives, setting measurable goals and tracking progress against defined KPIs. Communicate updates and progress to executive leadership and business stakeholders, managing risks and resolving issues proactively.

Change Management & Training

Develop and deliver training materials to support new processes and systems, ensuring teams are well-equipped to adopt changes. Drive user acceptance and foster a culture that embraces improvement and innovation.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or a process improvement related field
  • 5-8 years related work experience preferably in a manufacturing environment (medical device industry a plus)
  • Proficiency in SAP (multiple modules and/or platforms) with a track record of process automation and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel or data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent experience leading data-driven process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles, Kaizen events, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
