THE JOB:
As a Pool Receptionist at Bellagio, you'll provide exceptional guest service while handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that support our team's daily success.

THE STARTING RATE:$14.00 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Manage multi-line phone systems and direct inquiries.

• Respond to guest and staff emails promptly and accurately.

• Schedule meetings and conference calls for team members.

• Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.

• Communicate guest needs and office supply issues to leadership.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Flexible/Open Availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Friendly and professional demeanor for greeting guest.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with multi-line phone system, scheduling, and clerical responsibilities.

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
